Q3 PRIVATE COLLECTION: WIT & WEIZEN

Q3 PRIVATE COLLECTION: WIT & WEIZEN

SUMMER 2020 | LIMITED RELEASE JULY – SEPTEMBER

Our Q3, Wit & Weizen Private Collection features three wheat beer strains ideal for creating light-bodied, summer beers.  For professional brewers looking to put a unique spin on classic styles, these strains will facilitate that creativity. And homebrewers will love this collection due to  accommodating temperature range, because we know how cooling during fermentation can be a limiting factor for summer brewing.

The Berliner Weisse Blend (also suitable for goses and other styles) is an extremely versatile strain featuring a low ester formation and a dry, crisp finish. With minimal hopping rates and low alcohol, the light-bodied styles produced from this strain have become increasingly popular in the craft beer industry.
