1087-PC Wyeast Bohemian Ale Blend is being released for the first time ever to homebrewers. Look forward to the qualities of this versatile mix of yeast in your next British or American style ales.

Beer Styles: American Pale, Amber, & Brown Ales, American Porter & Stout, American IPA, Double IPA, American Barleywine, Oatmeal, Sweet, Imperial, & Foreign Extra Stouts, Cream Ale
Profile: An early Wyeast original, this is a blend of the two best ale strains to provide quick starts, good flavor, and good flocculation. The profile of these strains provides a balanced finish for British and American style ales.
Apparent ABV Tolerance: 11%
Flocculation: Medium-High
Apparent Attenuation: 71-75%
Temperature Range: 64-72 °F (18-22 °C)

Species: Saccharomyces cerevisiae blend


1882-PC Thames Valley Ale II returns for its crisp, dry, and malty profile and ability to produce bright bitters and dark ale styles. Create a beer with highly complex flavor and spice character by blending this strain with 1275 Thames Valley Ale, the way it is done at the original source.

Beer Styles: Ordinary, Best, & Strong Bitters, British Brown Ale, Altbier, English & American Porters, Irish Stout, Foreign Extra Stout
Profile: This strain was originally sourced from a now defunct brewery on the banks of the river Thames outside of Oxford, England. It produces crisp, dry beers with a rich malt profile and moderate stone fruit esters and results in bright beers not requiring filtration. A thorough diacetyl rest is recommended. 
Apparent ABV Tolerance: 10%
Flocculation: High
Apparent Attenuation: 72-78%
Temperature Range: 60-70 °F (15-21 °C)

2105-PC Rocky Mountain Lager is ideal for those balanced North American lagers and light lagers with a mild malty profile, because winter isn’t complete without a quenching lager. Whether your beer is on tap at the mountain lodge or you are just seeking a cold-savy yeast, this strain puts the winter in homebrewing.

Beer Styles: American Lager & Light Lager, International Pale Lager, German Pills, Pre-Prohibition Lager
Profile: A lager yeast said to be born high in the Colorado Rockies. 2105-PC will create well-balanced beers with a mild malty profile, medium esters, and an emphasis on the malt finish. It ferments well at cooler temperatures.
Apparent ABV Tolerance: 9%
Flocculation: Medium-High
Apparent Attenuation: 70-74%
Temperature Range: 48-56 °F (9-13 °C)
